The helper scans the SOS QR code stuck on your mobile device.
Upon scanning, the helper enters their mobile number.
Your emergency contacts are alerted — they learn the identity of the helper and the location of the incident.
That's it — within minutes, help is on the way in a critical situation.
Your current health status, blood group, allergy details, and medical preferences guide the helper to take appropriate action as may be necessary.
First-aid quick links, helpline numbers, and important links on screen guide the helper to quick action — an act of compassion for a fellow human being.

Special authorised access, provided with an OTP

When an emergency contact or medical professional scans the SOS QR code, the medical gate sits behind a second tap.
Upon entering their name, mobile number, and hospital details, a six-digit single-use OTP is generated.
Upon verification within 5 minutes, they can access your detailed medical history and vital information to carry out appropriate treatment. After this, the session lasts 30 minutes.
This step enhances the security of the entire procedure.
Meanwhile, your emergency contacts are also alerted, and another OTP is generated exclusively for them — for understanding a few more personal details and choices.
This further enhances the security and privacy of your details.
